Passion and purpose

Early in my leadership development I employed curiosity, listened to understand, and was development-focused and positive. I quickly understood my passion and purpose was advancing leaders to their potential. Employing emotional intelligence to understand leaders’ deep and authentic ability to be followable.

Happiness at work should be a right not a privilege — and settling for “satisfied” is just not enough.
